To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items must not have been installed or used.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or safety regulations:
- Electrical components (Sensors, ECUs, etc.) once opened.
- Special order parts specifically requested for your vehicle.
- Items showing signs of installation or damage.
- Liquids and lubricants (Oil, Coolant, etc.).
If you received a wrong or defective part, we will exchange it as quickly as possible:
- Contact our support team immediately upon discovering the issue.
- Provide photos of the part and the packaging.
- We will verify the compatibility and arrange for the replacement.
