Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Items must not have been installed or used.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or safety regulations:

  • Electrical components (Sensors, ECUs, etc.) once opened.
  • Special order parts specifically requested for your vehicle.
  • Items showing signs of installation or damage.
  • Liquids and lubricants (Oil, Coolant, etc.).
Exchange Process

If you received a wrong or defective part, we will exchange it as quickly as possible:

  • Contact our support team immediately upon discovering the issue.
  • Provide photos of the part and the packaging.
  • We will verify the compatibility and arrange for the replacement.
